Day 1: Tbilisi – Likhi Range – Khashuri Fortress – Khashuri
In the morning meet your guide and drive to Khashuri. First you will stop for hiking at Likhi range that connects Great Caucasus and Lesser Caucasus dividing Georgia into wester and eastern parts. The scenic beauty of the mountains and forests makes it a popular destination for nature lovers, offering opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking and nature walks. After exploring the Likhi range, continue drive to Khashuri, where you will have a lunch at local restaurant Mirzaani https://www.facebook.com/lela14021978/ After lunch drive to visit one of the notable landmarks in Khashuri – Khashuri Fortress, it is a medieval castle that played a significant role in the defense of the region during various conflicts. While much of the fortress is in ruins, visitors can still explore its remnants and imagine its former grandeur. The fortress offers panoramic views of the surrounding area. Day 2: Khashuri local market – Khashuri botanical garden – Tbilisi
In the morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and explore the bustling markets of Khashuri to experience the local culture and taste traditional Georgian cuisine. Sample fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses, and bread, and interact with friendly locals. Afterwards visit local lady who makes dried fruits, where you can taste them. Later enjoy some walking tour in botanical garden, located near the town center, it is a peaceful oasis with a diverse collection of plant species. Here you can stroll through lush gardens, enjoy the serene atmosphere, and learn about local flora. Before driving back to Tbilisi enjoy picnic lunch and then drive back to Tbilisi, end of the tour.
